The product is easy to use, looks original and heats up quick. The box it was delivered in was really dirty. Like it was left to die somewhere. I sincerely hope the straightner works well. Oh and also I got the incorrect product delivered. I ordered a black one and got a black and white straightner. :(

It's the worst product, how do I even start...The straightner was damaged when I on the power it started burning up and it even burns the hair. Please do not fall for it. Do not buy it

This is my second time buying this straightener, I bought one for my sister for her birthday and then I tried it and I literally had to buy it for myself. Amazing value for your money It seriously works wonders on your hair and I love the digitized temperature control. A lot of the time cheap hair straighteners make my hair look really frizzy but this one makes it look super smooth.

I actually bought this because I borrowed a friend's and loved it. It heats up to max heat in under a minute (probably closer to 30 seconds actually), and is very easy to use. I have incredibly thick hair (if I air dry it, it takes close to 6 hours to completely dry, and it's only chin length) so I'm used to spending 45+ minutes to straighten it. With this straightener, it doesn't take me more than 10 minutes, 15 tops. I only have to go over each section once or twice and I can move on. I don't have any issues with staticky hair or frizz afterwards even without the heat protectant that I use. The locking mechanism is really nice because I can lock it closed and put it in my heat protected holder I have hanging and not worry about it touching anything I shouldn't. I actually can't think of anything bad about this thing.As someone with stupidly thick hair that's awkwardly wavy and poofy, I straighten my hair almost daily, and this is such a godsend. I definitely recommend!

I love this straightener, I have thick curly hair and I straight my hair after every wash, so I needed something powerful and time efficient. My earlier straightener took almost 1 hr to straight my medium length hair. But this straightener saves my time and gives me better hair quality and texture and takes no more than half an hour.The best part of the straightener is the temperature control which helps you to reduce the temp which in turns doesn’t damage your hair much.

I purchased this straightener for myself after getting one for my friend as a gift and hearing her rave reviews. I have been using this product regularly for the last five years and it is still working well to straighten my hair, though it does not hold heat as well as it used to. This iron significantly reduces frizz on my fine hair. This is compact and travels well, though I haven't brought it to use outside of North America as I'm not sure it's dual voltage.This straightening iron effectively curls hair as well and serves as a multipurpose tool, though I would suggest combing through the curls and passing your hair through quickly to avoid having curls that are too tight.
