Hubby has a sore upper arm. I bought him this to see if it would help him. We are only on day two. Yet he feels some relief. Long term? I do not know. We will see. Package came with two inside. Came quick. Seems quality. Packaged well. Was compressing. Fit snug but not cutting off circulation.

Fantastic support, for bicep pain!! These are a life saver for me; it allows me to do the things I need to do, while supporting my arm, without extreme pain. I bought several, as I use them daily, and I wash them, always having a clean one!

Working great for my arm and shoulder pain as it provides adequate support and stays in place. Its easy to use and I am able to put it on without any help from others. I wear it when I golf without any problems and it does not affect my game. I ordered the large size and it fits perfectly. It appears to be well made and should last me a long time. This morning I washed it in the washing machine and it held up just fine; no fraying.
