Everything is great with the device - except the battery indicator
Everything is great with the device - except the battery indicator. First got the laptop and put it on a charge while doing device setup. Setup completed in 15 minutes and I left it on the charger to fully load the battery. I went to dinner while it was charging and the indicator never rose above 32%. Then left it on a charger all night, and the battery indicator STILL didn't rise above 32%. Now have to contact service support and determine the issue.Love the laptop and its convenience as a work device. But the battery issue and the potential return process is a headache.

Battery life
Horrible battery life, worked fine for about a month or two, then randomly started turning off with no warning at 30% then 50% and so on.

not for every one but good value
pros : thin and light, good build quality, nice screen. upgradable with m.2 2242. usb-c hub included. quiet. performance is good considering it's only used for browsing, ssh and office.cons: keyboard. touchpad is a pain when typing. Only 1 usb-c interfaces available for devices if without usbc hub.I use it with a bluetooth mouse, disabling touchpad when a lot typing needed. Upgraded it with a transcend m.2 ssd and running clear linux as well. It's still a great laptop if thicker with better keyboard. Very satisfied as my travel accompany.

Poor customer support and battery life.
Spent $379 less than a year ago. Battery life went from 100% to 84% to 19% now 7%, won't boot up without plugging it in. I've charged Lithium ION batteries before and know not to keep it plugged in. Went to company website and sent them a request to return unit within the one year warranty period and no response. Stay away.

Looks can be deceiving....
All kinds of connectivity issues. Looks absolutely great, but it was one issue after another. Randomly can't connect to basic websites, even though it's connected to wifi. Other times, i couldn't connect to wifi at all. Bluetooth connectivity was not happening either, which is a problem when it has no headphone jack...
