PACIFICA Solar Mineral Palette, 0.8 OZ

Okay, so since I have gone 100% gluten free and vegan with beauty products, it has been rather challenging to find products similar to what I was using before. Which I was using MAC and other high end make up. Which was really frustrating to find that those expensive products were full of unhealthy fillers. Anyway, I found Pacifica honestly through research. I did not realize that they sell it at Target! But with my local Target it is very hit and miss. And the selection is nothing compared to Amazon's.So about the Palette! Extremely impressed... I do have fair skin and hair. The products are working well my skin tone. I can see this also working with a medium skin tone. Not sure about an olive or darker skin tone however. It includes a beautiful pink blush and a nice bronzer. About the blush are cream based eyeshadows. I haven't used these before, so I am still learning how to best put them on. I initially used my finger for application. But I am trying different brushes. But the colors are beautiful and blend able. And then underneath the blush colors are the traditional dry eyeshadow colors. These are also lovely colors and will make your eyes pop. They have a pretty green/ blue, and nice brown, and a light gold. All very blendable and something that I will definitely be using on a daily basis. Verdict-I was worried about the cost of the palette, as it is a little higher than most Pacifica products. However I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it. I believe that in the long run, it will last a long time and be worth the price..vs buying each color separately. Thanks again Pacifica!! I'm a happy chick.

I have been loving the Pacifica product line, and especially this palette! You can do anything with it! I love how gentle and clean the products are- I have a skin disease and have had problems with products in the past. Not so with anything Pacifica, no breakouts or allergic reactions! So I think this is a great choice for someone with skin sensitivity issues!I was a little confused as to what it was when I bought it- Does it look just like it's pictured here, how is it protected? But it's a gorgeously crafted little box. I'll include pictures in case anyone else had the same doubts I did before purchasing.The top three are a creamy base that goes on great with just a finger, sponge or brush. I use them on my lids, cheeks, and lips! The bronzer and blusher (two big ones) are great to blend and use for any skin type. They go on light but build well for darker looks, and also blend into the skin well for subtle make up.The bottom six are great eyeshadows that go on smooth and wash off well. The browns work great on the eyebrows as well with a browliner brush.

The shades are beautiful, universal and versatile. Wear the colors shear or use the powders with a wet applicator for more intensity and the creams as a base under the powder and as highlight all over. This, some sunscreen and maybe your favorite mascara and mineral face powder are all you need to get through the summer gorgeously. This is also great to travel with especially if you keep it stored in the box. For the excellent price point, you won't cry your eyes out if you accidentally leave it behind.

The first time I ordered this palette from Amazon, the palette was thrown into a bag sans the outer box. The palette had a barcode sticker stuck to the back of it. The edges of the palette were smashed, one of the pans was shattered, and it looked like someone had swatched a few other pans. I paid $35, but even if I'd paid $5 it was still gross and unacceptable. I returned the palette and asked for a new one. The new one came without an outer box as well! Pans exposed with no cover plastic. However, the pans were untouched and the second palette was in fine condition, so I decided to spritz it with alcohol and keep it. But I wouldn't recommend anyone order this palette from Amazon. ACTUAL PRODUCT REVIEW: The actual product is a very beautiful collection of mineral powders that create soft watercolor looks and smoky brown looks. Do not expect "pigmentation" or any other such beauty influencer lingo. The palette is intended for soft Korean-like looks. But buy from elsewhere if you can!

I saw this reviewed in a EmilyNoel88 YouTube video and had to order it. I was happy that I did! The quality of this product is excellent. The shadows and blushes are pigmented and smooth. No grainyness or chalkyness.

I really wanted to like this pallette. My sister has one and I was very excited about getting this. Unfortunately all the creams in this set dried out when I recieved it and the bronzer won't work. It appears it's dried out to. The other shadows are nice though.

Really liked it. Blended very nicely had all the shades I’d use in one package which is great and can easily do a day look or a night look. The darker shades are very pigmented so very little goes a long way and the lighter shades are a tad sheer so not so much worry there as it can just be layered. Also comes off fairly easily with my face wash when cleaning so I don’t have to worry about unnecessarily staining my eyelid. Over all I’m pretty happy with it.

Wears off too fast.
