5 stars after 6 mo switching Win/Linux
After 6 months use I only have had two hiccups where mouse/keyboard stopped working. Unplug/replug at the computer fixed. Have Win10 and Linux Mint machines. Both happened on Win system. Hard to test for exact fault, but my gut is itโs a WinGlitch not the KVM. The remote switch is super useful to place where most convenient. Would recco.

Piece of junk. Couldn't keep two displays running even at 1080. Even USB kept cutting out without touching it. The system effectively is junk, and the compatibility is a joke. Even with fresh/new HDMI cables, the system will not sync properly, and can't even keep up on 1080p. It will lower the monitor refresh-rate to below 30hz if you go above 1080, or if you even enable HDR, at least one monitor won't be able to be used, as it causes it to disconnect the other monitor. It has been tried with different laptops, displays, cables, GPUS, docks, etc... Completely junk

Performance
The item connects everything and the monitors work well, but there is a huge lag when moving the mouse or doing other fast action tasks. The mouse lags so much that i have to disconnect it from the KVM and connect it directly to the PC. I did the troubleshooting, power block checks and several other basic adjustments to no avail. If it wasn't for that, it would be a great product. Looking to replace for another one that is better on the HW handling.

Okay, not great.
use of the USB slots for both don't work. I still needed two keyboards and two mice to run this. But does at least allow me to "switch" back and forth with the screen. I say screen bc only the MAC side works with both screens the PC side doesn't.
