Bought one of these, and when I tried to do a first time charge and plug in the AC adapter...There was nothing to plug it into, just an empty hole which you could look into and see the inside content. In all my years I have NEVER experienced anything like this. The company has some serious internal assembly problems and NO PRODUCT INSPECTION PROTOCOL OR TESTING IN PLACE...! To make matters worse the item had been opened by a previous customer who sent it back and AMAZON, instead of returning it to manufacturer , repackaged it and sent it to me.....Terrible when I tried to contact AMAZON..All I get is people in Philippines or India, and there only concern is IF I NEED HELP RETURNNG IT....BAD SITUATION ALL THE WAY AROUND...! I got this for my dad and I must say this is probably one of the better things I have bought on amazon. The charge lasts forever, you can hook up several phones, solar powered. We brought it on a road trip so that everyone could stop fighting over charging their phones and it lasted the entire 10 hour car ride. I plan to buy one for myself!

I keep this in my car to use for an emergency. The fuse to my "cigarette lighter" in the car keeps blowing so I use the adapter on this battery pack when I need to use my air hose to check my tire pressure.
