I would like to see a more stable base

First off, the box is beautiful. It runs very quietly and the blue LEDs provide a nice glow. I also like the ability of having the rotation stop when you open the lid (controlled by a switch). It came with a power adaptor so you don't have to run it on batteries. But what I really want to comment on the after-sale service. This was an appreciated Christmas present, but started acting up in February. It started 'dragging' when two watches were installed. Going back through my Past Orders, I found where I could contact Amazon for help. After a short online chat, the Amazon rep told me that the seller would be handling the problem. He gave me a phone number to call. I called once and left a message. Through my own fault, I missed their callback - unrecognized number; I thought it was a telemarketer. I left another voicemail and followed up with an email to [email protected] Within 12 hours I had a reply that they were going to ship out a new winder as soon as the warehouse stock comes in. That led me to expect a six week delay or something but, no, it was just a few days before I got another email that it would be delivered the next week. And it was. The responsiveness and promptness is impressive. Thank you, Erics! (signed) a very happy customer.

This is an amazing product I bought for my son. It has amazing detail and a fine wood finish. It has a beautiful glass front with a great view of his watches. I love the way it spins and the time rotation it has when spinning. I love the classic/modern look it has to the design and the key lock so if it ever needs to be locked up it is very easy. I also think it is beautiful how the blue light reflects off the watches and makes the entire box light up. This just shows how beautiful this product I bought was. I would also like to point out the soft pillow material that you can put your watches around knowing that they will not get scratched and will stay very safe. The best part about this is that it is a great gift to give to people for a Christmas present or a birthday present. I am looking forward to buying another one in the future for friends of mine and would strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy this. It is very high quality. I will also love for there to be a variety of colors. Some colors like blue and red wood, or maybe a metal looking system, just some different designs to these cases. I would also like to say once again that this was and still is a great purchase. I wish best luck to this company and making amazing products in the future.

Not working

The automatic winder looks great, works well and was a great gift for my husband. The watch pillows are the right size for his Rolex and the light is great for his citizens eco-drive. It is so quiet you don’t even know that it is on. Great product!
