Pros: Very sturdy, easy to put together. Definitely worth the price, friends were very surprised when I told them how much I paid.Cons: one of the brackets was bent, but bolting it into place straightened it. The paint was scraped on the sides of the table, but I was able to hide it pretty well. There were metal shavings in the shipping box, luckily I noticed this and was able to move the box outside without spilling them.UPDATE: So 1 year of wear and tear led to the spot with paint scraped off rusting as well as all the screws and bolts rusting as well. This would be a perfect product if they sealed things a bit better. I would buy it again because it is a very nice glider, but I would give it some sealing spray and buy a cover for the winter.

Not "the best" quality piece of patio furniture I've ever owned, but I think it will serve our purpose just fine as an extra seat for visitors. It arrived when we weren't home, the box had several large tears in it so I was not optimistic. But, all the pieces were present, 3 of the pieces including the table had large abrasions on them which will have to be painted to keep from rusting. All of the nuts & bolts were in a sealed package and the instructions were not perfect but understandable. Two holes were drilled slightly crooked, but that was an easy fix, just sad that it had to be done. Assembly is a two person job. Including time spent getting a drill & bit to re-drill the two holes, took my wife & I about 1-1/2 hrs to assemble. Delivery was prompt, even arrived a few days earlier than estimated.

5 stars for the gliders itself - comfortable and smooth glide. 3 stars for difficulty assembling and 2 stars for the packaging. The seller needs to package the table insert in some other way. There are 4 scrapes in exactly the areas that there are screws where the table insert is set; the bubble wrap is too flimsy to protect the insert's sides especially since it is such a tight fit that removing the insert is very difficult. Perhaps if the seller were to make the insert a fraction of an inch smaller so that a thin layer of cardboard could be inserted between the screws, it might help, or better yet, package in a separate box. Also, all of the screws, caps, etc. were loose in the box, although fortunately, I was able to find all of them. Purchased a can of Rustoleum for the scratches so that sides do not rust. Would think that the seller would adjust the packaging based on all of the other comments.

The top piece was much wider than the bottom. So once we bolted one side, the other side had a huge gap and the bolts they sent with it we're not long enough to bridge the gap.I emailed them, they responded immediately and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement and asked that they make sure that the same thing doesn't happen because I saw another review saying the same thing I just experienced. They responded with something generic, not at all acknowledging my request. They said I didn't have to send it back but they're sending a second one. I received it and it was the same problem. I contacted them again and they didn't even want to help, they just issued a refund because they can't ensure that it won't happen again.My husband got extra long bolts and washers and stacked them evenly on each side in order for us to be able to use it. A positive thing is that the seats are very comfortable but now we feel sketchy about the safety and quality of the rest of the chair. Only time will tell.

The length of the bottom assembly is too short to fit with the top assembly. I didn’t discover the problem until the very end. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t fit.

from the marks on the pieces, it is clear the manufacturing process is greatly streamlined and oversimplified---tool marks where a piece is even slightly curved or bent. paint scratches and scuffs in random places clearly prior to packaging. right and left pieces that should be mirror image like for a screwhead to recess are not mirrored, so indentations on inside of one side and outside of another. screw caps do not stay on well--not threaded, just pressure fit--they do not stay.

Ordered it, arrived damaged. Replacement, arrived damaged. Another replacement, arrived damaged. These are just a few photos. Lesson learned. Don't order this brand.

Three stars. One because it looks like the picture. One because we can sit on it without it falling apart. One because it actually came with directions, as horrible and difficult as they were. But that's it. We can't glide on it without it squeaking or making some kind of noise. Especially with two people. We've adjusted the screws so many times and tried WD40. No luck. So guess we've just got a place to sit outside when we were really looking for a glider.
