Nice pad until you plug it in 2 for 2 bad.
Ordered this mat. Box looked like the tape on the top was opened and then placed back on. Plugged in the mat and saw the RGB lighting was defective. Brighter on the left and very dim on the right side of the mat. Asked amazon for a replacement. Could not believe it. The second one that I received also has the same issue! Very disappointing asking for my money back for this lemon product. I bought one for my wife first and it worked great. So I know its a quality issue.
