Good and sturdy with high quality hardware - fit on 2024 Hyundai palisade nicely - it was just above the exhaust and further back, so no damage to the load from the exhaust heat and was able to open rear hatch - also came with two high quality ratchet straps, travel cover, and netting

The roof rack is well built, fairly easy to assemble. You can assemble to the desired size. We mounted on the roof rails. Recommend using two people to get on to the rails. Clamping it on was easy with the supplied mounting brackets. We ended up not using it for our trip but my wife says it looks really cool on our Telluride. Would definitely recommend.

This rack is sturdy and stable, made of good quality materials and fit for it's intended purpose. If You have crossbars this will work, it should be compatible with all cars. For the price this is a great investment! It was easy to assemble and easy to mount. It looks great! Highly recommend!

Wanted this roof rack to work but unfortunately, I must return it. I do want to say that the roof rack is a good build, it's heavy, sturdy and looks to be of good quality. The set up/instructions was straight forward, it should take less than an hour to put together but I advise you to have a person or two to assist (it's a bit heavy). However, my 2025 Rav4 roof rack crossbar did not align with the foam bracket/top plate locking mechanism so I could not secure it in place. No matter if I made the rack smaller or bigger, adjusted the position of the rack, it was not lining up. I wish I could keep it but for the safety of my stuff and others on the road, I have to return in.

Well made and sturdy. Went together perfectly and the tow hitch clamp locked it down solid. Did not get to use the storage bag yet and I added some reflector tape to the rear and sides to make it more visible for nighttime drivers.

This product feels very durable right out of the box. It’s fairly heavy, which gives you confidence that it’s solidly built and not flimsy. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the mounting brackets seem strong and well-designed. I’ve driven about 100 miles with it installed and haven’t noticed any significant wind noise, which was a pleasant surprise. It also looks high quality once mounted. One thing that stood out, even if it seems minor, is the packaging. It was extremely well protected during shipping, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It gives the impression that real care went into the design and delivery. There are also some natural mounting points if you want to add lights, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I really wanted to like this cargo carrier. The carrier itself is well-built, sturdy, and appears to be made from quality materials. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I originally purchased this carrier for one of my vehicles, only to realize later that vehicle did not have a receiver hitch. When I attempted to return the item, both UPS and another shipping carrier quoted me over $170 to ship it back—more than I had paid for the product itself. Because returning it wasn’t financially practical, I decided to keep it and use it on a second vehicle after purchasing a hitch adapter. The carrier fit using an hitch adapter and performed well during our trip. However, when we arrived at our destination and began unloading, I discovered that one of my plastic storage totes had partially melted to the cargo carrier. The tote contained food, plates, napkins, and other camping supplies. The carrier itself showed no damage, but the heat being transferred to the platform was enough to completely ruin the tote. What makes this even more concerning is that there was plenty of distance between the carrier and the vehicle. There was roughly a foot of space between the rear of the vehicle and the carrier itself, plus additional distance created by the hitch adapter. Despite that, the heat issue still occurred. This creates a serious safety concern. Not only is there potential for damage to cargo, but it could also become a fire hazard depending on what is being transported. The fact that one side of the carrier effectively can’t be used for normal storage also creates loading and weight-distribution concerns. After the incident, I went back and reread the reviews and noticed another customer had reported a similar issue. I originally assumed it was an isolated incident, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. To make matters worse, customer service has been very difficult to work with. Responses take several days, and despite multiple attempts to discuss a return, refund, or shipping assistance, I have received very little meaningful help. The carrier is strong and well-made, which makes this even more frustrating. I genuinely wanted this product to work, but between the heat issue and the lack of customer support, I cannot recommend it!
