Great for people who need a mobile with loud volume, easy to use and works well!

For anyone with hearing problems, this basic phone is superb. Very loud ring tone, easy to hear incoming calls and speaking to a callerMy partner is deaf, i searched everywhere for a mobile phone that he could use. This is the only phone i could find. Iphones and modern gadget phones are useless if a person has a hearing disability. It is only basic though, not fancy touch screens or internet. Just incoming and outgoing calls and texts. This is the second Amplicomms phone i have purchased, both for people with hearing disabilities. I will not even bother to search for days looking when i need another phone. The Amplicomms is great value, superb sound and i will always buy them in the future

The item seems fine, but hasn't got an amplified earpiece like other Amplicomms phones, so it was returned. It only has an amplified ringer.

This phone should receive at least 4 stars as basically it is a good, well thought out phone for people with some difficulties in handling a "normal" phone. However, I have removed that fourth star as the legends on some of the number keys flaked off shortly after I got it and the phone had to be returned. However it was replaced without quibble and I have received a replacement this morning. We shall see how we get on with this one.

Bought for hard of hearing husband . Early days but seems a very good purchase. Manual excellent which is not always the case.

I ordered this for my father in law who has hearing problems and it is perfect. Lovely loud ring and he loves the large numbers as it means he can use the mobile without having to wear his glasses.

The phone probably works OK but be warned it will not work on the Three network.

I got this for a lady who has trouble seeing small buttonsthis phone with big buttons is just what she wanted. ;-)
