Good if you don’t need to touch your phone during the workout
As other reviewers wrote, you cannot do anything with your phone while it’s in the armband. I bought this for running practice, and I don’t listen to music while I run. I only use the armband for the running app I’m playing that tells me when to run and when to walk in intervals. So for me this armband is great. I start the app programmed for my workout and then slip it into the armband and follow the prompts. It’s comfortable around my upper arm even when I wear it over a sleeve instead of bare skin. If you need to interact with your phone while you’re working out, I would recommend that you pick an armband with a touch screen and not this one.

Love it!
I love this product - It holds my Iphone XR with the case nicely. I can easily take the phone out and put it back in myself (no help needed). There’s also a slot to put your key!

Nice product
This is for walking or running to hold your cell phone the only issue I did have is when you put it on your arm it's very difficult to insert the cell phone so I recommend inserting it before you slip it on your arm

Don't get this if you actually need to access your phone while working out
The pros: This armband is SUPER secure. fits nice and snug but very comfortable, won't slide down even during vigorous exercise. Easy to keep clean. The cons: You will not be able to access your phone without completely taking the band off your arm and then removing the phone from the case. There is no touchscreen, and the phone is COMPLETELY, and I do mean COMPLETELY covered up by the fabric and even a little folded over piece to keep it secure. So if you want to answer a call, change music or podcasts, check the time, check a text--you will have to stop what you're doing and take the whole thing off. I can actually get it out while it's still on my arm (though pretty difficult to do), but to put it back on I have to take the band completely off, put the phone back in it, and then shimmy it back up my arm. If I needed to call 911 while I was wearing this I would literally ask anyone else nearby to call for me because it would take me too long to get my phone out of the armband.

Good for iPhone users with Bluetooth earphones
I am relatively small. 5’0” and about 125 lbs. the med was the smallest they had when I purchased and it fits just snug enough to stay up. If you have slimmer arms, I would def go down in size. Not sure how well the phone would fit though. I have an iPhone X and the straight edges of the phone definitely jut out a bit on either side of my arm. The traction dots on the inside of the sleeve are very effective. I’ve worn this running and biking and I didn’t have to fuss with it or pull it up while I worked out either time. The fabric is smooth and has good stretch and seems stitched well, not all gappy like they were trying to save thread. The hole for the headphone jack is definitely not for an iPhone. It’s where the top of the phone would be and off center. Not sure what kind of phone the hole is for. If you have Bluetooth headphones though, it really doesn’t matter. There’s a nice foldover on top to hold your phone securely but it’s not so deep that you have to struggle to get your phone out. Obviously you can’t change anything on the phone without pulling it out of the sleeve but that should be pretty easy to see from the promo pics. For some reason it didn’t occur to me when I purchased it and I think I might rather have one with a window. But this one delivers on all its promises and functions better than I expected when it come to staying in place and not getting too hot.

Awkward to access cell phone
I used this to hold my cell phone. The band was secure for my arm and with cell phone in place comfortable to wear, but I couldn’t see the screen unless I turned it to wear inside closer to my side. This would cause my arm to arm dial or open apps I wasn’t trying to use. Maybe it works for others but it’s a no go for me.

Stays in place, can't see your phone screen while using, absorbs sweat.
This works well enough if you want to set and forget it till your done. I run in it and if you want to stop and take a photo or use the phone you might be able to get it out while not taking it off your arm, but you will need to remove it to get the phone back in it. Its super soft and stays in place. If you sweat like I do while summer running you will need to wash it after each use as it absorbs sweat and its directly under your armpit. I like it, but not for every type of exercise.

It's perfect
There is nothing I dislike about this armband. I use it with my iPod while I exercise or clean my house. I used my old one for over a decade, but I hated how my iPod would work its way out as I was moving around. The band would also continually slide down my arm. This armband has anti-skid bumps which keep it from moving, and a flap over the pocket, so my iPod stays put. I love the little hole for my earbud headphones as well. It's very comfortable, and doesn't squeeze my arm at all. The pocket is bigger than needed for my iPod, but I could use it for my iPhone as well.A happy surprise is that I can pause or change songs through the material!

Didn't like it.
I didn't like it and returned it. I was expecting it to be sturdy instead of the clothe sleeve it is.
