Affordable and effective !
I really like how this comes with 6 adapters. Depending on the size of your camera lenses. This is useful for many cameras. It’s bulky. The light has low to bright setting. Only flaw is it uses 4 double A batteries. But for the price I can’t complain. I would highly recommend

Useful
The description is correct and it fit on a Canon macro lens. It is very bright and will be useful for macro photography.

Died after a month, wouldn't charge
Worked fine for a few weeks, but then wouldn't charge anymore regardless of which cord or charger I used. Return window had closed, but Amazon refunded my money anyway. Instructions were worthless (and very tiny). Light was somewhat heavy, but manageable. Hopefully the company can improve their quality control, and I might try another iteration of this again.

Short battery life, not bright -- updated review.
Useful for shooting very small objects, like insects or small blossoms with macro lens. Don't be misled by Lux of 24000. At a distance of 6 1/2 inches the EV is 13 at max brightness with both lights on. So, at an ISO of 400, you'll shoot f/11 at 1/60".The diameter of the lights is about 1 1/8" so they can't be maneuvered into really small places without getting in the frame. The arms are very flexible. Because you have to get the lights really close to the subject, you really need a tripod for your setup. But that's typical for macro work. I also found it more helpful to mount the device on its own stand instead of the camera shoe.================Update, 1 July. Fully charged battery lasted maybe 5 min on full brightness. So, NOT useful. Returning.

Low quality...
I just returned mine for a refund. After only a few uses, the right light came loose and would not stay in position. The light was barely bright enough. I have to look for a better light suitable for Macro photography.

Good for the price
At some point I’ll pay more for a better macro ring but this works well. Good selection of attachments for different size lenses. Light is adjustable. I used it to photograph ice and seaweed in sea caves and it helped a lot

Outstanding video/macro/portrait light
This is a light, not a flash, which means it's on fulltime. It's exactly what you want for video and (possibly) macro photography, though it can get irritating to your talent during portrait shoots. If that's what you're after, then this is an outstanding light. The body itself is plastic, but of decent quality. The adapters are metal, and solid. The reason I chose this one specifically was because it was one-piece; no wires or hot shoe adapter. Simply screw it onto your lens, and you're good to go.Plus: it's silent! No switch mode supply noise at any brightness - required for video use!The color temperature is high (probably around 6500K, though I haven't measured), so if I'm not using a grey card, I normally just punch it in at the overcast setting, and it works well. The attached sample photo was taken at 120mm (35mm equiv) f/8, 1/8th of a second. With the light off, it was metering in around 10 seconds.5 stars and highly recommended.

Meh
Not bright enough. I have to buy a ring flash now as it wasn’t strong enough and my ISO had to reach 2000 to 3000 .
