Not good for lower back pain
I’m not sure who found this patch helpful, but for me with lower back stiffness and pain it did nothing. The patch is really small, doesn’t cover much area. It did Absolutely nothing! Don’t waste your money on this, rather get hansaplast pain relief patch from your local medical store it worked amazingly well

Gel based cooling patch
As an NCC cadet I bought this for my trekking camp and it really gives instant relief. It sticks easily to skin and doesn't cause any irritation while applying or whole removing. Worth the cost.

Good but not sticky enough
Though it relieves pain the gel is not sticky enough. It would have been a great product if it sticks well to the skin!

Good quality and highly effective
These pain relieving patches work like a miracle. I have cervical spondylitis wherein I have severe radiating pain near my elbows and shoulders. Applying this patch relieved me almost 90% of the radiating pain. Also helped my hubby with his tennis elbow pain. Highly recommended. It’s easy to apply, no irritation and the patch seems to be of good quality. Can use it overnight and sticks good.

These cooling patches are really effective and provides quick shoulder pain relief. Also it stays securely in place, and feel comfortable throughout use and its definitely a value for money thing
