What are the true dimensions of this bag with all handles & wheels. Is it 14 wide or 14.5? (both are listed and 14.5 is too wide for my airline)

The overall dims including handles and wheels are 23" x 14.5" x 9". Most major US airline sizer bins have roughly an inch play in all directions. This bag was sizer bin tested during development.

Is the warranty covered by travel pro as if purchased from travel pro's website?

I have not needed to use the warranty, but I believe so as long as you register your suitcase with Travelpro. I was able to successfully to that.

why does the 21 inch suitcase have a bigger outer dimension than the 22 inch suitecase?

The wheels take up the one inch of space.
