Excellent
Great service in that it arrived ahead of schedule. Great product in that it replaced my broken one and works perfectly.I had no idea that these things existed until mine broke, I found a Youtube video showing how to remove it, I found the name Avocet on it and checked on Amazon for the exact same dimensioned product. Now I feel like a fully qualified locksmith.Note that they come a standard length and my door was shorter so I just cut a bit off either end and it fitted perfectly. And of course the top and bottom barrels were a bigger size than the original so I drilled them out and discarded them. So now its a lock and two catch multipoint lock - but that's strong enough for me.
