One of our favorite flavors
The price is sometimes too high and I buy less or other flavors, but we love this one for just a quick drink with flavor. I even use the mio to make a half gallon pitcher, which it can make several with one mio bottle.

Love this Flavor and the easy of changing up my water so I tend to drink more this way! Easy to use bottle!

Taste is good
If you’re worried about the taste, it’s good. It kept me hydrated by making me want to drink water. I will say that after some use, I did start to get sick but that’s most likely due to the Sucralose. Be careful on how much you’re using.

Good, strong flavor
I haven’t noticed any significant aid in calming down at night with this one, but I will say that the flavor is pretty apparent even with very little fluid. I use much less of this Mio than I would others, so it lasts longer and gets less sucralose in my system.

My water intake increased dramatically after finding out about MIO. Doesn't do anything for energy. The best value deal is the combo pack. Flavors ae all great too
