Highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with cramps, this has helped me so much and I love the vibration setting that helps distract you from any cramps. The product has a great battery life and I love the 3 heat settings.

Amazing and very good at pain relief, for both period pains and back pain! Good value for money and easy to use with a vibration (however, this can be loud so not reccomended to use in classrooms). I guess my only other critisism is that it runs out of battery if on high heat for an hour (which is fair enough but I would love if it could last a bit longer!)

Amazing little device
Still getting used to using it. Smaller than I thought it would be. It is a stiff piece of plastic with a pad on one side. When I opened it, I was concerned as it was very stiff. But, it is slightly curved and fits very nicely against where ever I place it - SI joint, lumbar, side of leg, abdomen, a bit difficult at hip but can find a comfortable place for it. It really heats up, level 1 is enough for me, level 2 is very hot and needs something between. Would be nice if it had a cover - to serve as that something between and also to be washable. Vibration is effective, and can be various intermittent or constant. Belt is soft, very stretchy, comfortable. Too easy to put on and forget, it's that comfortable.

Not very good heat. Mediocre at best. When needed for period relief you need real heat. This product is not it. Disappointed
