Great for freezing 1/2 cup portions of broth, sauce, whatever. I made a bone broth and poured it into these, but them into the freezer and next day unmolded them into freezer bags. Perfect little frozen cubes of broth. Easy to unmold. Thick enough to hold up to transfer from countertop to freezer (hold their shape well), washed in dishwasher first and came out fine. Love these ! Both trays together hold 8 cups (4 cups per tray).

These really work, stack on top of each other. And they are not kidding that it's so easy to pop out a frozen cube, unlike other versions I've bought where only the bottom is silicone. And the size is big enough that even with my lack of patience, I can fill each hole separately to a proper height instead of just running it back and forth under the faucet and hoping it all evens out.

These trays are great! And the customer support is fantastic. They gave me all kinds of ideas for using these trays. They aren't just giant ice cube makers! They are molds, mini cake pans, portion control make ahead frozen meals and much more.

I like this ice tray! My one and only complaint is that every once in awhile it gets a strange (strong) odor to it and the only way I know how to get rid of it is to soak it overnight in a solution of bleach and water. Other than that, I love the huge ice cubes! The odor must have something to do with the silicone…I'm not quite sure.

Nothing false about their advertising! It works exactly as described. Super easy to get out of tray, no need to 'spray' the trays to ensure easy removal. I've made ice cubes and while it does eventually water down your drink if you don't drink it fast enough (especially if you're outside), so far I've not had that problem (inside) because it takes a while for them to melt and I've drank my drink long before that happened. Just recently used it to freeze some left over fresh herbs and it too worked like a charm. Except next time I think I'll use just a little bit of water instead of filling the whole tray.

These are kind of strange. Never thought of silicone trays.. and they say you can bake in them! They've sent me some recipe ideas that I will try. Right now I've only used it for ice but I like their ideas. Might make some individual serving frozen yogurt in them next!

These babies are awesome! I bought them to create extra large coffee ice cubes for my iced coffee but then when I received the package I read that you can bake with these, freeze them, basically everything! I'm so excited to make mini brownies and cakes! These are awesome! Buy them!

Makes ice as advertised. Boil the water if you want clear ice without the white residue. They stack well and seem to be built with longevity in mind though time will tell. So far we are happy with the purchase.
