i think it gives you energy in the morning its been a week and i feel much better and sleep better as well

About to order second bottle. Currently taking 2 in the morning. Helps with mood and stamina. But I see some who have good results with sleep so I'll try 1 glycinate and 1 malate at night instead. I'm 65 and I was taking 2 glycinate which worked great but for only about 5 hours. Maybe the combination would work better. I'm gonna stick with 2 in the morning though.

I purchased the Magnesium Malate out of desperation a couple of weeks ago. I was in so much pain and I felt like a muscle relaxer would help. I Googled the symptoms that I was having and Mag. Malate was recommended for muscle relaxers and sleep help. This particular one was Amazon's Choice so I trusted it to be tried and true. After several days of taking 2 a day - 200mg - I really didn't see much difference. My chiropractor recommended I take 400mg a day. When I started doing that, I did notice a difference after a couple of days. My leg was aching one night so I went ahead and took the pills and within an hour I noticed that the aching was gone.I have not noticed a difference in sleeping.

Just received a week ago. Seems to be working.

Feel great after taking this for the past few months.
