Wow, what a revelation. I love this stuff. I have been swallowing 4 horse pills every night and those days are over thanks to this pure liquid magnesium. My experience after a couple of months is that it is absolutely absorbed quicker and better. I'm dozing off in a half hour and it has been very gentle on my digestive system. I put it under my tongue and leave it there for a few minutes, then swallow. Taste is fine for the small amount you're taking. The dropper doesn't work very well so I take two "doses" to be sure to get one full dose. No going back to pills for me.

Works great! A little tart tasting, but sweet too. Works quickly, I'm sleepy in about 15 minutes. However, I use this in conjunction with L-theanine, so I don't know how it works alone. But give it a try, I'm willing to bet that it at least relaxes you, which is it's intended purpose, anyway.

I have bad insomnia due to menopause. This WORKS!!! Whenever I used it, I slept a peaceful 7 hours. I did wake up twice but went right back to sleep. This made me feel a different kind of sleep too! It was very restful, I woke up ready for the day EVERYTIME I’ve used it. Hopes this helps!

These are good magnesium drops, which I prefer over swallowing pills. I felt more relaxed when I used the these before bed. Over about a week’s use my tongue felt a little raw, and though it went away after I decreased my use of the drops, it’s why I gave this product a 4-star.

I’ve noticed I feel a lot calmer after taking this. I also feel a little sleepy after taking it, so usually try to take closer to bed time. Also tastes great!

This is important for you to know. The dropper that’s inside The bottle does not equal 1 Mil. It takes three droppers full to equal a millimeter. I didn’t know that a pharmacy would give me free of charge a regular millimeter measuring tube that you can actually measure the amount of liquid that you need to take in order to equal your dosage. I also take potassium liquid 15 millimeters. The measuring tube/measuring spoon. Only goes up to 10 mm. So I have to fill it up to 10 mm with my potassium liquid, and then fill it up another 5 mm in order to get the 15 mm that I need to take with my potassium liquid. So keep dropping your liquid in the millimeter tube or a spoon that the pharmacist gives you until it shows you that you have 1 mm. And you will be safe in taking this supplement. If you’re buying the supplement over-the-counter, you won’t get a measuring spoon, but you can either ask your pharmacist for one or see if they have one for sale on the rack but it’s important that you have a millimeter measuring tube or a spoon in order to get the correct dosage you need to have.

I have taken magnesium for years and thought would try the liquid form. But I don’t think this is chelated because it is very hard on my stomach even if I take it with food.

I have been looking for a good liquid magnesium and this one is good and has a great taste. I will be buying it again.
