This product works! However, it tastes terrible and has an aftertaste. I take it then drink some coffee to hide the taste.

I love this stuff I need to reorder or get on the automatic ordering list because it's so easy to take and mix in whatever in the morning. I felt really good with it too as far as the energy goes. Although I bought it for my bone health
