Nice laptop, for the price. I bought this for the lifetime MS Office.... compared to the subscription price or buying the program separately, this laptop is a great deal. It is small, and basic, but if you want a new laptop with lifetime Office, and in a fun color, like lavender, this is a great choice. The accessories that come with it are cheap, I don't plan to use them; I have a 4 tb portable hard drive to use with this, as the laptop doesn't have much memory. As for the slow set up other reviewers mentioned, the same thing happened to me. I followed the instructions, everything seemed to be working great, but then got stuck on the "step 1 of 3 Downloading 100%" page. It sat that way for over an hour. I looked up reviews on other sites, and saw others had success with just leaving it alone. Be patient. I just left it like that for a couple of hours, and eventually it restarted itself, and was able to finish downloading/updating after the restart. Everything works great so far. Good wifi connection, and installed programs, including Office works great (I've only used Word so far, and it is just fine.). YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED ON THE STICKER ON THE BOX for lifetime Office to work. - see my pics.... on initial setup, it will prompt you to set up the free subscription for Office 365 - YOU HAVE TO DECLINE to install it, that is NOT the lifetime product... then, once the rest of the laptop setup is complete, you will see the Office icons/apps present in the start menu/task bar (Word, Excel, etc). Occasionally, a pop up appears, asking me if I want the free 365 subscription again, just ignore it, say "no". Sure, the setup/download process, and Office process is not ideal, but again, for $299 it is a great deal. If it freezes during setup, just leave it like that for an hour ir 2 and it will resume on its own. Small price to pay for the great deal you get for this cute, colorful (purple) HP laptop. Shipping was fast, came well protected in HP manufacturer box, within outer Amaxon box. Cute little 14" lavender laptop that I use just for Word/Excel, and surfing the internet. A supplement to my main 17" HP laptop I also have.

Great value for the price. It runs a bit on the slow side and I prefer a Bluetooth mouse over the touchpad. I only need it for managing my financial portfolio, discord, and light data analytics.

Here’s a polished review you can use: I am pleased with my HP 14" laptop computer overall. It is easy to use, works well with Microsoft Office, and is a great size for everyday tasks. The only issue I have had is that the sound does not work unless I have earbuds plugged in, but other than that, it has been a good computer. It is very light weight, fits perfectly in any small sized bag, and the price was perfect. The speed is good but could be a little faster.

Just got it today and it came with a bunch of freebies as described. The seller was quick with getting the laptop shipped so it arrived 2 days early. As for the laptop, it works great. Bought it for school and the couch. FYI, it takes a while to set up due to Microsoft updates. This is my 4th HP laptop so I guess I'm a fan of the brand. Lol.

Computer set up extremely slow took me 2 hours just to set up I decided to return it the next day have been waiting over a week for my refund they finally sent it out but only part of I'm still missing almost 30 dollars from my refund and the part they did send hasn't been released to my bank yet don't waist your time and money on this it's not worth it!!!
