It comes on a roll and is wrapped with plastic. Nice and strong and good size for adding charms or whatever you want to do with it. I still have a silver version of this coming. It's easy to work with and looks nice as a necklace. I will definitely be buying more.

I purchased the Stainless Steel Paperclip Chain Roll for making charm necklaces. The link material is fine and the chain can be easily cut with wire cutters. It came inside of a plastic bag and the spool itself had shrink wrap around it and the loose end was taped down, so it didn't get all tangled during shipping. The chain is easy to work with and I like the color, it is a nice shiny silver. The size of the links makes it easy to attach jump rings. This was exactly what I was looking for to make charm necklaces. It creates a nice, delicate finished necklace. I will be purchasing this product again when I run out.

So far this chain is awesome! I've tested it in vinegar and it had no reaction - and then I tested it in salt water overnight and it's still the same steel color. It's also VERY hard to break with pliers - so I know it's real stainless steel. I wear it as a bracelet everyday and it has not tarnished or broken. You get a good amount for the cost. It's honestly heavy which is a good thing in my opinion. And the size of the links is awesome! It can be used to make so many types of jewelry, and is very functional. Highly recommend!
