The book comes with a cd that you can use on your computer and it works on computers in the U.S. The book itself is fantastic, alot of the writing is in japanese but it's visual so that doesn't even matter really. I recommend.

This whole series has been solid and so is this one.

Wish they would print these with a ring binder so they stayed open easier, but this is like the 4th one I've bought so I knew how it was. The poses are awesome and even if you aren't gonna use them to draw they are fun to look at. I'm always amazed by how athletic some of the shits are. The models are always killin it. x3
