I have bought many resistance bands over the years but have never been overly happy with them. They always fall apart after a few used. First off when you get this in your hand the box is heavy. The first thing I noticed was the great waterproof bag all the gear comes in. Most other brands don't include a bag at all. With the stackable exercise bands you can mix and match to achieve a resistance level equivalent to up to 100 lbs. of weight! Perfect set of bands to use at home and at the gym! I love this particular set because the resistance is higher than most other sets (10,20,30,40,&50 lbs). The bands are very well made and should last a long time. The handles are strong and don't cave in while in use. I'm more of a weightlifter but the bands definitely have a place in my schedule, mostly for burnouts after working a certain muscle group. I'd also like to menchion the ankle cuffs, they are very durable and comfortable while I'm doing kickbacks on the cable machine. I hate searching for bands and cuffs at the gym, having my own set is so much better! Have already recommended these to a co worker and she ordered a set!

This is an excellent product. Great quality, clearly labeled resistance ratings on each band, excellent instructions, very portable and easy to use. I first got introduced to resistance bands during some recent physical therapy at the hospital to relieve some shoulder pain. They would cut off a length of resistance band from various rolls at the PT Clinic to send home with me along with some basic instructions. The different colors were not labeled in anyway, there wasn't any kind of handle for the bands and the strap that went into the door didn't really lock in the door securely. This set is everything the physical therapy gear wasn't. Large comfortable handles that you can connect one or multiple bands to. The resistance of each band is clearly marked in large print. The door anchor is very sturdy and has a very solid knob on the end of it to keep it solidly locked in the door. The kit also includes two ankle straps and a carrying bag along with a small but excellent instruction booklet. The whole thing will pack into the bag that will easily fit in a suitcase, dufflle bag or backpack. The company also sent an email shortly after my purchase to check to make sure I was satisfied. That email contained attachments of 4 additional fitness and exercise guides. A really good product at a great price and excellent customer service.

I took a chance and bought this, and I’m glad I did. A lot of people had concerns about the ankle strap breaking at the D-Ring upon a few uses because of the stitching. BUT when I received mine, they had completely updated the ankle straps so that it doesn’t break. See my pictures. You’ll see the D-Ring actually houses the entire strap rather than just being held in place by a stitching. This makes for much stabler and durable usage! I’m glad the company took note of this, listened to their customers, and updated it! The picture on the Amazon listing hasn’t even updated the picture yet, so this detail must have been really new.Also, you’ll receive the 4 free ebooks through email. If you had purposely set your Amazon account to block these emails, you won’t receive them at all. Or you may have to check your spam.I can’t comment on any other quality fact yet, as I haven’t tried anything out, but I’m a thorough reviewer, so once I had the chance to try it out for a month or two, I’ll come back to leave a more detailed review.Thus far, everything seems very sturdy. Not sure how long these will last, but I imagine with care, quite a while. But I think they're great, almost like a bow flex in a bag. These are great if you want to take it to the office or maybe on vacation. Even better if you want just a quick workout. Great buy for the money .
