It is SO Hard to attach! I couldn't do it, my husband couldn't do it, but one of my neighbors that is very strong managed to do it. I was ready to throw it in the trash. It snaps in, you just have to use a LOT of force. It does clean the windshield well.

Q: Is there a trick to attaching the head to the wand? I see it’s supposed to snap on, but my goodness, it won’t snap in. Like the wand is too wide.sos

It took two of us. One to pull it apart and another two snap it in. Don't bother. It doesn't work well and just smeared and streaked out window. Still working on getting it back to clear.
