KastKing Speed Demon Pro Fillet Knife with Protective Sheath

I picked up this KastKing fillet knife for weekend fishing trips, and it’s been awesome so far. The blade is super sharp and flexible, which makes filleting really easy. It’s a good size—big enough to handle decent-sized fish, but not bulky. The build quality is solid. It feels well-made and not cheap at all. The handle has a nice grip, and the knife has a good weight to it—light enough to handle easily, but heavy enough to feel sturdy. The lock mechanism on the sheath is a nice touch. It clicks in securely so I don’t have to worry about it coming loose in my gear bag. Definitely a thoughtful design. For the price, this knife is a great value. It feels like something that should cost more. I actually ended up buying another one as a gift for a buddy who fishes, and he was really happy with it too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality fillet knife without spending a ton.

This thing is a beast. Filets like you wouldn’t believe and it’s suuuuuuuper sharp, so be careful. Beeeeendy too. With any filet knife though, you gotta keep it sharp if you run into any bones. Holds an edge forever though and in months, I’ve only sharpened it once.

Very sharp and perfect for fileting meat

Boyfriend loves this knife! Very durable and has a great balance while cutting. Also very comfortable to hold. Only complaint would be that he hasn’t used it on too many fish yet, and it already needs to be sharpened
