New to me
The phone looks brand new and works perfectly! It was very intuitive to set up. I just inserted my old SIM card and followed directions on the screen. Why would anyone pay to upgrade and renew their contract when you can just own a phone?

Not a real refurbished phone
Battery only last 1 1/2 hours with full usage. This is not acceptable for a so called refurbish phone. Will never buy from this seller again. Most likely just cleaned the phone and threw it in a box.

Decent refurbish
The screens picture is good but there's a centimeter across the 1/3 down where touch does not work so I have to scroll the screen annoyingly to use that section

Great battery life!
After a Verizon update the battery on my old HTC 10 would suddenly no longer hold a charge. I thought I would try this refurbished phone since it was backed by Amazon. So far I have had no problems and the battery life has been great. Glad I didn't spend a fortune on a new phone from Verizon and get locked into another contract.

Activated fine with my existing SIM. Phone is working great for over a month now. Minor software issues with changes to Oreo.

ZERO battery life!
I needed this phone TODAY and when it arrived, I find it has ZERO battery life! It will not last 2 minutes off the charger! Thanks for nothing, Kanga Supply!

Ordered two, one would not accept Verizon SIM card. Phone would not operate. Shipper accepted return, but had to pay for return shipping (pitfall of shopping online, at times).Second one still working, but not confident in the product when 50% of your order fails.
