My dad has COPD and don't want to go on oxygen I bought these for him to use when he is having a hard time. I wasn't sure if he would use them but he did and he liked them so I've been buying them for him. It's great that he can have a big one at home and a small one in his pocket. He doesn't use them all the time just when he is having a hard time breathing

What a relieve!
