Can this robe be dried in the dryer at low temperature?

I wouldn't chance it. To dry it, I just took two of my dining room chairs, put them back to back about 2 feet apart, draped the robe across the chair backs, and let it air dry. It only took a couple of hours (maybe even less; I only checked every couple of hours).

extra large fanny (60") - will it fit?

I don’t think so. It is pretty slim fitting
