more expensive gauges in the shop and lights up nice and bright for easy viewing
Bought to replace a damaged gauge on a much more expensive tire inflator. It checks accurate against several other, more expensive gauges in the shop and lights up nice and bright for easy viewing. Batteries are holding strong after a month or near daily use. Happy with the purchase and would buy again. BTW, this one only reads to the half in psi. If you need accuracy to the tenth, this gauge is not for you.

The 0-15 is very Inaccurate. NOT ANYMORE
This 0-15 is very inaccurate at the lower range. I tested it against a accurate inches of water (27.7 to 1 psi) It reads 0 at 3 psi. It reads at 3psi when it actually 5.5 psi. It reads 5psi at when it's 7psi...I wasn't able to test higher than that but it seemed to get better in the higher half of range. Other then that it is great.Update edit: from 1 star to 5. So yesterday something happened. I push the function button and switched through the different meassurement types and presto. When it got back to PSI... THE ACCURACY WAS THERE! It is now spot on, not sure what happened, but now it's accurate down to about 1/10th of 1 psi. So from now on to confirm it's working correctly I'll test it by blowing into it. I can blown 1 PSI by mouth and that's what it should read. Before I inflate my windwing.

Just what I wanted......Quality
Seems to be a lot better quality than the ones that come with or on the tire fill that you buy. One of my favorite features already is that you always don’t have to be turning the light on it automatically turns on when you put pressure to the device so as soon as you put your air truck on the tire the light comes on and there’s a separate button for that light and a separate button to change it for psi or whatever form of measurement you want to use so every time you push the button it doesn’t change your setting I found it to be really accurate within a half or better. Very happy so far with the purchase

EDITED 2-3-2019: Uh oh, replacement stopped working too!
On my very first attempt to use this gauge, it gave me what I believe to be the correct PSI reading. Subsequent readings that followed, over the next several days, were completely inaccurate.. EDIT 1-28-2019: I received a replacement gauge VERY QUICKLY. I installed it into the application I am using it for and it seems to work just fine! EDIT 2-3-2018. Replacement unit stopped working after just a few uses. Same issue as previous unit. (completely inaccurate readings). I'm returning this for a refund. Bottom line? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOUSY PRODUCT.

Being able to read it.
It works, but you can see the numbers better in the daylight. To see the numbers when it is dust or low light, it much harder. As the Backlight has a problem, it looks nothing like the picture. It is very good if you need to read in 1/10 of PSI.Like I stated, it works, but it would be better if you mount it on 3" to 4" Stiff Rubber or Braded hose, that way no matter how tall you are just tilt it.Another thing you can do, is on the Gauge side use a 1/4" Swivel NPT, it help me a lot.Sorry no pictures, you will just have to use you're imagination.DMT

**** updated ****
Using this gauge in a diy tire inflator.Works great !LCD display turns off after about a minute. The backlight is helpful and turns off after around 10 seconds to preserve the batteries. When you apply pressure to the gauge again before the LCD times out the backlighting turns back on.Accuracy is spot on.****Updated ****Starting to give inaccurate readings under 25psi.Ordered a replacement. This gauge lives in my jeep and is used all week at work also.It was used for fuel pressure once.(not recommended, but it worked in a pinch)I'm happy with the lifespan under the abuse.

Almost imposable to use
The view angle of the LCD is extremely narrow and hard to read without the backlight. However the backlight turns off way too fast, you do not even get 10 seconds. No way to turn the backlight back on without cycling through the settings. The backlight is supposed to turn back on with pressure change, yet this does not always happen. If the pressure is stable you MUST cycle through the settings to get the light to tun on the the gage is nearly imposable to read with no backlight. I bought several and have removed all of them from service.

Great Gauge
I bought this to replace a broken analog gauge on a tire inflating tool. My only gripe is that it only increments in 0.5 psi increments vs 0.1 psi. I have a similar gauge for checking tire pressure that utilizes 0.1 psi increments. Also, reading the same source, my two gauges do not read the same pressure. I'm not sure which to trust but since they are only off by a pound, I'm not too worried. I'd buy another if I needed it.

Well worth the money
My original analogue guage was totally useless. It used to read up or down. Never anywhere near the correct pressures. I calibrated it and it lasted 1 use before going out again.I saw this one in Amazon for cheaper than most analogue pumps so gave it a try. It comes in a nice box with instructions. I removed the old analogue guage and binned it, then screwed in this new digital guage. Remember to use PTFE tape on the threads and if the guage doesn't sit where you want it when it's tight, use more PTFE tape. Never overtighten anything to do air compressors as the parts are prone to cracking.Inserted batteries and the unit came on right away. I blew up an old spare wheel to 36 psi (see video, bad quality but I'm stuck in the corner of the garage holding the phone and blowing up a tyre, so deal with it). I then put a calibrated digital guage and a calibrated analogue guage and both read the same within a few decimal points, which is to be expected as you'll always lose some air when you connect to the tyre valve.Overall I'm really happy with my purchase and I think it's a great price too.

Not as good as it could have been
This item arrived rattling around in a box that was too big for it with no batteries and no instructions. Fortunately operation is very simple and a test with a known pressure of 20 PSI showed it to be accurate. Problems for me arose when I slowly raised pressure from nothing, the gauge read zero until the pressure reached 4 PSI. Likewise if pressure is falling it reads down to 4 PSI then drops immediately to zero. If this is not a problem for you then it will probably be OK but the spec should really be 4-60 PSI.

Easy replacement for Analogue Gauge on Air Line
Removed my existing analogue gauge that was giving false readings and replaced it with this one. I unscrewed it and screwed this one directly in place. No problems. Used it on my compressor air line to pump up car tyres and works well.Happy.

Useful
Excelent quality, very useful. I used it for lab test for a range ofpressures of 0.3-1.5bar and it works very good and accurate.the ninimun pressure thatcan be red from this apparatus is 0.2bar.
