ComfyMed® Neck Brace CM-NB18 Cervical Neck Support Collar for Men and Women (LGE (15"-18"))

This is the 3rd neck brace I've bought and is the best so far. It has a great combination of comfort and support. Unlike the others, it has Velcro closure on the side leaving the font and back for supporting my neck -- much better. Also, it sits firmly on the top of the my check below my neck to give support -- others are too soft there and there isn't enough support. This gives me more support but usually the greater the support the less comfortable it is. This one has both -- comfort and support. Support to me is most important. The one downside is that it gets very hot. There is very little ventilation and even on cold days I have to take it off once in a while because it's just too hot. Almost impossible to wear in hot weather for that reason. However, excellent neck support is one of the best I've tried. Update 2-4-2020: I've tried many other braces since buying this one. This is the best and I have one in every room in the house, car, and travel bags. I have cervical vertebral disease and have neck pain with movement. This brace reduces the movement of my neck and helps relieve the pain that way. Also, I get pain relieve because this supports my chin so I can rest my head on the brace, i.e., I don't have to keep my head lifted up with my muscles all the time. This gives me pain relief. I can tell how well it works because without it my neck hurts more. The only downside is that it gets hot if I wear it too much and I have to take it off for that reason. However, I'd rather have it be hot than not have enough support and there is no other brace out there that give me the best combination of comfort and support.

Had major surgery and have gone from hard brace to soft. Tried several and this was by far worst. It’s made by sewing two flat hard pieces of foam together. It literally only bends where they’re sewn together meaning you have a hard flat piece right across your throat choking you. Do bad no idea how anyone has like it. Confused by that. I’m at 8 weeks in soft and best so far is the plain, cheap generic one, which I wrapped fabric around and changed out each day.

I love this product. I have had three cervical fusions, and I am plagued with left side headaches. Also, for some reason I need support when working at the computer to prevent neck discomfort. I ordered two neck supports before this one. Neither were long enough and left the Velcro attachment in the back as part of the support. Also the Velcro was uncomfortable on my neck. Both collars also narrowed at the back, which did not give the support that I needed, posteriorly. Cervical collars should support the spine front and back. The Comfy Med Neck Brace has support front and back, as a proper brace should. It is long enough because of the way it is made, the Velcro attachment being adjustable. I worked as an orthopedic registered nurse over thirty years. This is an excellent brace.

This brace has it's good and bad. It by far gives the most rear neck support out of all of the soft braces I have tried. But the down fall is has a hard core and after only two days of daytime wear the foam pushed down on the top and bottom were it rests on your chest and chin leaving the hard core pressing on your chest and chin. This makes it very uncomfortable.

This is comfortable when driving. Velcro was stitched in such a way that I had to trim it to keep it from scratching my neck. Otherwise it provides support and relief.

I have not been able to use because I have not been able to get it to shape it nis flat with two semi curves after over a month of storing it wrapped around and trying to form it with hands. If it would curve it would be 5 stars as I can't find a brace that's tall enough and I liked that this one had the extra support without being a hard brace. As someone who lives in a neck brace I was really excited about the fit and comfort overall and the extra support with the hard parts inside the foam except the shape hurts because it doesn't curve around the neck on a circle with the hard parts inside.

This is the one 🙌🏼 I was skeptical to buy one of these without having it in front of me but I'm so thankful I did. The material on the inside is so soft & smooth, makes it 10 times more comfortable to wear than something you'd get at Walgreens or Rite-Aid. The support is perfect & solid yet comfortable beyond belief honestly. It keeps me aligned as I move around. Got it this morning and I have gotten so so much relief!!! It gives just a tad while staying firm, you can do things and it stops you from making a wrong move by being sturdy. The pain subsided almost immediately. It forms to your neck. I'm in need of neck surgery but until.then, I need something good and solid. This is the one. If you need a serious one, the cheap cheesy ones at department stores aren't enough, but you dont need the extreme the heavy duty framed ones, this is absolutely the one to try. 5 starts for sure. The blue band is thicker in appearance but nothing structurally different about it it doesn't appear. The only thing neutral I can say is when it comes, it's shipped flat. I rolled it up tight, put 2 hair ties around it and let it set for an hour. It curves it a bit. I'm going to do that again for longer (rubberband, same thing) and wrap it up tight. I love it 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Ridiculously too small..not enough extra material to attach Velcro to. Cute, nice fabric though. Will be sending back.

The product saved my neck on a long haul flight.

too small it chokes you

Ordered the Large size but no way are these suited for anyone with more than aq small neck.

The neck brace is too small for a medium size man, fine for women. The seller should offer different sizes. Apart from the size the product is good and if you have a small neck would be perfect.
