Had phone for a few weeks and so far good. Had trouble with activating phone but emailed company and they responded in a few hours and helped. Transfered my info by " Smart Switch " on my phone and made things so easy to transfer and activate new phone.Phone comes with card already installed. Came in 2 days Prime and love love LOVE my phone. Easy on my eyes, great phone, glad I purchased this.If anything changes I will report.Update 10.21.2018Phone is NOT compatible with Straight Talk. Phone gave me mechanical issues & slow network - ended up upgrading bc I had enough.Lesson learned- u get what you pay for. Got phone bc it was cheaper than others but gave me more trouble in the in. Always go for an unlocked phone bc if not you'll have hell to pay for things not syncing up. Itll cost you more in the end.

I bought the phone to save money from buying a Straight Talk phone at Wal-Mart or something. Plus I liked that it was gold. They had everything to activate the phone with Straight Talk. I got the phone activated fine, but I had no mobile network. Did the typical turn the phone off and on. Didn't work. I called Straight Talk, and they had me check the network mode in the settings, and found out my network mode was wrong. It couldn't be changed though. It had the option for the mode I needed but wouldn't let me select it. I then contacted Verizon, since it's a Verizon phone. They couldn't figure out what was wrong, they thought maybe my phone was locked and I should contact Samsung. I contacted Samsung and they told me they don't lock their phones and suggested I should probably just return the phone. Samsung thought maybe the phone was "blacklisted" as lost/stolen and that was the whole issue. I spent 2 days trying to figure all this out, just to return it, and never got a clear answer of what was even wrong. Giving 2 stars because returning the product was absolutely no problem at all. The seller is very responsive, and everything went as it should.

Got this for my husband. We were hesitant since we know that not everything "seems to be what it is".However;phone came in good shape, proper packaging, all accessories, came way before it was scheduled to be here, no issues with phone functions, easy transfer from one phone to another, overall; he is pleased with the phone. For the monies, it was worth the buy. If he can get a year from it,then it was worth the buy. If we do have any possible issues, I'm sure the company will do good by their products/warranty. Thank you.

So far, so good! I upgraded from my beloved S5 and this phone has everything I love about the S5 and more! I love this Straight Talk bundle. The provided SIM card and instructions for activation were spot on and it was the easiest phone transfer process I've ever had. It was activated and receiving calls within 5 minutes. Usually switching to a new phone is a huge, time consuming migraine but it was too easy.No problems with the phone so far, and I love the fast charging. Very beautiful and sleek, too. A great upgrade for anyone who loves the Galaxy phones.

Great phone. Works great. Only had one minor issue. The sim that came w/ phone, could not be registered and activated. But the sim replacement was .99$ and took the very next morning to show up after i recieved the phone. So im not unhappy with my purchase. Price and quality of phone were excellent

I wanted to love this phone, however, every time I initiated or answered an actual call the signal went from 4-5 bars down to 1-2 and the call was so bad that the other party and I couldn't have a conversation. Then I read many reviews about this happening with the S7. I switched my Straight talk back to my damaged S6 with no trouble whatsoever. I am nervous about buying another. Sent phone back and awaiting refund.
