Great pasta! Texture is that of regular macaroni but cook time is 5/7 min. The protein content is great for people who struggle to get enough protein in them. The price is about what you pay in the store though it pays to look for sales since I got some at a local grocery store for $1.99

This is a must for anyone on a weight journey. This pasta texture and taste is great! I meal Prep for my athletes they love the protein and pasta. Worth the price for good healthy protein. Never thought I would be saying that. You can use this for all your protein pasta needs. I buy these in bulk on because they sell out so fast in the grocery store.

We love these; it's a pantry staple in our home. These literally taste like normal pasta and do not have that horrible texture that other protein pastas have. We get this brand in other noodle types too (penny and angle hair). We have a picky child who only likes butter on his pasta and so I love the fact that I know he is getting protein in his diet. Now please start making a lasagna noodle and radiator kind too!

I'm a vegetarian and getting enough protein can be a challenge. However, this pasta is great. I've used it a lot with making no boil baking recipes. Sometimes with a tomato sauce and sometimes with alfredo. Super easy to make and they're so delicious. If the no boil bake recipe calls for a 20 minute cook time I put them in the oven for 15. So, yes, the cook time is faster than regular elbow noodles.

I used to have this on a monthly subscription for a 4 pack. I could eat this without it blowing my glucose levels to the moon like regular pasta does. It's like regular pasta in taste and use, and cooks easy, doesn't stick to the pan. Except it has just plain gotten too expensive for me to justify buying it anymore.
