After watching a YouTube video, installing the new screen was relatively easy. Proximity sensor was a fiddle but everything worked perfectly on start up. All tools and screen protector included. No faults!Would highly recommend!

Easier than I thought it would be. The seller claims they will email your video to you after purchase, thats not true. The videos are available on Amazon though through this order page, so no need. It does not come with a magnetic screw map, so forget that. You'll need to be mindful of all the screws you take out so organize them well. Watch the video carefully and try not to skip any steps. As far as the screen, it is a decent replacement, it was easy to install, but there are a few caveats. The screen for the iPhone 13 Pro Max does protrude the casing, so keep that in mind, it will not look like your old screen. The quality is 5/10 as it does have botchy color filtering, you can almost see every pixel, but it is an LCD screen. It does tend to glitch out briefly, dont know what thats about. My battery drain is much faster, and it also doesnt charge as quickly. Face ID and others took a minor hit, but they still work, I would (and did) just reset Face ID and re-do it so it works better for you. It came with a screen protector so that was nice. Overall, this is a decent replacement if you need the screen quickly for a couple months I figure. My phone cracked on a Sunday and most repair places were closed, so I needed it same day because of business I needed to take care of the next day, and it came same day. I will update review if I see anything else worth noting.Update 1: I found that the screen was glitchier than anticipated, but support was very kind and offered me a replacement or refund. The manufacturer is more than serious about standing by their products and for that I appreciate them.Update 2: So days later now my screen is officially glitching full time. There are horizontal lines that kind of look like a mirror of the top of my screen. It used to only happen when I turned the brightness down to a certain point now it doesnt matter where the brightness is. Phone hasnt been dropped or anything since repairing it. I would advise against buying this screen. Refund or not I think this was a waste of my time.

My screen was broken. So I went for this Fantastic screen. Value for money and the quality great. I took the original Apple face recognition lenses and fitted them on the new screen. Don’t forget. And all worked. Thanks.

Firstly, perspective purchasers should know this screen has a “chin” (the bottom bezel is wider than the sides or top). The chin doesn’t show in the pictures, so it’s a little misrepresentative in my opinion.The first part arrived quickly but had functional flaws. A full red screen would present everyone the phone was unlocked, for a split second. There were also phantom touches and a frustrating amount of lag. The seller was very responsive and sent out a replacement without delay.The second unit was dramatically better, but not perfect. This unit has a slight backlight flicker and rarely displays a solid white screen for a split second when using the phone. There have been no other issues yet, and the part has a 5 year warranty so I feel good about running this one for awhile.Fit and finish of both parts was good. They are slightly thicker than the original screen, so the replacement isn’t flush with the front of the frame, but it’s not a dealbreaker and certainly isn’t something the average person would even notice.Overall, it’s a good usable replacement if you’re competent with these repairs and patient enough to potentially have to work with the seller to swap out a faulty unit. If you’re dealing with these tiny screws though, you’re probably pretty patient.

This is a second screen that came back defective. First one stops responding to touch randomly and needs to reboot. The second one does not respond to the touch when the phone is on its side. Returning it for a refund.Even though the screen did not work out, the customer service was excellent. They responded promptly and were very courteous. Getting defective parts was annoying, but it is not the seller's fault. But they made it easy to resolve the issue.

I’ll start by saying it’s a good working screen but you get what you pay for. The screen is a little more than double the thickness of the original. When I turned the phone on nothing was as crisp as the original, everything almost looked blurry or like a low resolution. But again it’s a good working screen.
