Wanted something that I could throw into my coffee each morning so I bought this. Stirs in very well and easily, but it does have just a slight bitter taste. Goes better in something sweet so that you don’t taste that since I do drink my coffee black. I take two scoops and make up it to three because it’s doing wonders for my brain fog.
