This phone is for teenagers who like gadgets. It is not user friendly at all. The slide out keyboard letters are very difficult to see as they are white against a silver background. Sometimes it locks and cannot open - you have to remove the battery to get around this (takes over 2 min to restart). The short cuts are not short - they are just icons leading to another option. The touch screen does not always respond very fast.it's fair;y haevy too.Not happy - should've stuck with Nokia.

"Caveat emptor" is pretty much the message here. The number of problems with this phone are unbelievable and this phone seems to have been rushed to production rather than taking the time to properly make this phone (even more after 2 phone upgrades, released within a month of each other, still hadn't fixed the problems). This phone is by far the worst excuse of a smartphone to have ever reached the market. As I speak, my phone has already corrupted my SD card twice, and the second time I was not able to recover any data. I am absolutely appalled by this product and would recommend not to use Sony Ericsson (SE) ever again. The company's reliability and credibility for making working phones is rather shaky from personal experience, and SE seems to lack the true engineering required to make phones work properly. Words cannot describe the frustration and anger that has resulted from the most counter-productive, counter-intuitive smartphone ever made. I look forward to moving over to HTC soon to avoid any more problems with SE and Windows-based phones again. I have no reason to the sell phone, as no one would be daft enough to buy it, so I might just break it into pieces. That is how much I hate this phone.
