How does this fan work?

This fan can be powered by 4 D-cell batteries (not included) or USB power source with USB cable (included), such as power bank, phone charger and computer. (Note: this fan is not rechargeable)

Why doesn't the fan work?

Please check whether the batteries are installed correctly or the USB cable is connected to the device properly. If it still doesn’t work, please ask for our help and we will solve your problem ASAP.

Will the USB power cord override the batteries when they are installed?

Yes, the fan only uses batteries when not plugged in.

If you have rechargeable batteries, how do you charge them?

You will need to remove the battery and charge the rechargeable battery using your own battery charger. This fan does not support battery charging via USB cable.

How to open the battery compartment? Do you need a screwdriver to open it?

Swipe with two thumbs or fingers to the bottom cover arrow to open it. It's easy. No screwdriver required.
