Easy to mount a hose retraction work well.
Works well and convenient. Out of the way and hose roller retracts smoothly.

Easy installation
Mounted outside at family camp. Easy set up. Came with everything you need to mount. Pressure is perfect for washing my side by side. But I wouldn’t want to clean concrete. Would recommend more psi. But that’s not my plans with it. The long hose is nice and how it retracts back. Did but cover for it.

Two purchases, two dismal experiences
I purchased this for the first time... and it simply never even shipped. I had to ask a customer support agent to refund me. The unit that did ship (my second purchase, completed a couple of months ago) never worked. It power up normally, the motor starts... but no water comes out whatsoever. I was busy with work and couldn't find the time to set the machine up until this weekend, and now the return window has closed. This is not a reliable brand, beware.

Great item but leaks at the bottom. Tried changing the rubber in the holes but still leaks alot
