Review: Delicious - I love this ramen for a quick easy meal that isn't full of sodium. Review: Best vegan low fat ramen - I rarely write reviews because most products are not worth it. This brand of ramen is. I’m a ramen addict. I’m currently pescatarian (I eat egg and seafood, but no meat or dairy, and I eat a traditional Asian diet). I need to be very careful with my diet so as not to cause weight gain issues. I also eat a lot, constantly. Generally I make two packets of this soup as a meal. I can also buy this at the independent health food store in my parent’s town. That is where I first saw it. I buy it by the case here. I add Japanese hot chili oil as a high quality fat for flavor, and I add the Ohasawa brand of either nama shoyu or Tamari for healthy flavor. It’s perfect. Nothing synthetic or toxic. No additives or unhealthy fats. I’ve had the Asian vegetable and the tofu flavor. I will forever be buying this brand of ramen as hopefully my only brand because it is authentic and does not trigger weight gain or unhealthy eating.

Good alternantive to regular ramen.
These are really good. This is our 2nd favorite flavor. Vegetable is the best. It is a smaller serving of ramen than you would find in conventional packs, but probably an adequate amount for a serving. The flavor is more mild, but that's do to less salt and no horrible flavor enhancers. I loved ramen in the past and I'm thrilled to now have it without harmful additives.

Love this healthier ramen
My husband and I are big ramen fans. We decided to buy these for a healthier option since the real deal is not very healthy. We got to experiment with this brand for about 3 months to get the perfect variation. These are low sodium unlike most ramen, it's not going to be super salty and strong in flavor. So really pay attention to the amount of water you're using according to the directions or else your broth will be extremely bland. We like to add a little bit of white miso paste or Korean chili paste for a deeper flavor and heat (not required but it's our preference). Of course the toppings are up to you and what makes your heart happy. We like to add eggs, veggies and sometimes protein like chicken or shrimp.
