Easy to install
The bulb works great, it was easy to install and much cheaper than a new projector. If you have one of these and the timer says it is time (or the bulb has gone out) this is the way to go.

installed the old one and returned the new one ordered again - could be just a bad

Good price, will keep an old projector alive
Price is unbeatable, you can tell it's not the same as the factory, the screws are a little cheaper and the is no badging on it, but it seems to have it where it counts. My original bulb had 1874 hours on it before it gave up. Originally I was going to buy a new projector when the bulb blew instead sinking $400 into a new bulb, but $40 dollars seemed right for a projector I bought in 2005! Easy to install, fired right up brighter than it has been in years. I think actual NEC lamps come with the little foam filter but this one didn't. No big deal ,just so you know. We'll see how long it lasts.

Bought this bulb last June. Now it quit working and the projector is giving an error about the lamp. Didn't even last a year.
