FANTASTIC PICTURE!! The 4K video output of this television is so lifelike clear and vivid its like looking thru a window..now if they would download a few more worthwhile apps...was disappointed with the limited number of app, ,but with Fire Tv no problems..The out of box experience was fantastic. Worth every $. Easy set up and you will get blown away by the fantastic picture even if the source is only HD.The sound is pretty good for on the tv speakers better than my older Bravia..Plenty of HDMI inputs and outputs. The bezel is a brushed chome and the finish matches the elegant feet that the tv stands on..Goes well with any décor. All around the best new tv experience ever. Have had it 5 days and it seems to get better every day. Watching 4k from a 4k disc or 4k movie on amazon prime or Netflix is better than than watching the movie at a movie theater..Hisense is the best kept secret in televisons out there!! oh and Amazon free delivery and set up was fantastic..On time friendly efficient couldn't have been a better experience

After using this for about 5 months, the tv suffers from burn in and ghosting. Have not seen a new tv with this issue in over a decade. Overall brightness is pretty good, localized dimming is horridly flawed as it honestly looks like 4 1080 panels glued together. 4k image is worse then other competitive models surrounding issues with HDR and sharpness. This TV is as close to a dumb tv for a smart tv as you can get factoring it really lacks any real apps outside of prime/netflix/youtube/vudu. Remote feels cheap.

Tv is not the fastest, always had WiFi issues but since I was happy with the picture and sound quality, I kept it. But since today's software update, even that is ruined. With this software update, the picture quality doesn't look better than the cheap tcl tv. I don't know how can Hisense offer software update that would make picture quality WORSE??!!

The video and sound seemed really good on the parts that worked but maybe I just had bad luck. The first TV arrived with a broken screen, the second TV arrived with a screen that had color distortion on the right side. Anyways, after two TVs arriving with problems, I'm giving up on it.

This is my third Hisense. I purchased a 55" set for our home and the color is stunning. Bright, crisp and vivid, the upscaling is remarkable. I was so impressed, I purchased the same set, only 50" for my in-laws and it has the same, incredible features....bright whites, dark blacks and outstanding sound. You won't need a soundbar for this set, though I use one anyway. When my 65" showed up, it was easy to set up, (a little harder to mount since it's so big...you'll need two people) but right away, that trademark, crisp, clear and bright picture was there. I will continue to buy these units and so should you. Not a single negative thing to say. I'm sold!

Dosent allow HULU... other than that its badass

This tv is amazing for the price paid. The picture is so life like and sound quality is good. We have had other name brand tvs that we paid much more for and you have to blast the volume to hear the words over background but not with this tv. Also last year I ordered several items during black Friday from an Amazon competitor and all but 1 item was broken. I called their customer service and they acted like they could care less and made the returns a huge hassle. I learned and will not order during these yearly specials from anyone other than Amazon. I love competition and think that it's always good for prices but so far for me Amazon's customer service goes above expectations. This tv was no exception. It was delivered to the room of my choice unboxed and ensured it was in good working condition.

Never heard of the company, thought I'd give them a shot. Bad idea on my part. Picture and sound are good, that's about it. HDMI connections lag, Smart View connection (wireless from phone to TV) is garbage. Doesn't connect, or randomly disconnects...Poor connection quality if you finally get it to link up. It's like watching a Chinese movie with an english translation overlay... Their mouths move, then the audibles are 5 seconds behind. Pandora freezes. No YouTubeTV option. Will be returning.
