LIke many other people it did take two attempts to get it to fit properly. The first time i didn't bite hard enough and it was loose but after second time it was a very snug and comfortable fit. It's not loose atall and I think people who find it loose are just not fitting it properly. The guard can be reheated and refitted to get a good fit. Considering the cost of it in my local boots is over twice what I paid on amazon, I think it's very good value.

Awful product don’t waste your money!!! Followed every step and the guard is unusable so disappointed need a refund on this!

After the dental guard prescribed by my dentist 15 years ago didn't fit any more (and to be honest, it hurt whenever I wore it), I looked at different alternatives to protect my teeth from the nightly grinding and found this one. First, I absolutely like it. It isn't bulky (yes, of course, you do have something in your mouth, so you will notice it) and the fact that it's used on your top teeth makes it all the more comfortable. No gagging as it's quite short but still manages to cover all my teeth, which I thought it wouldn't upon opening the package as it looked tiny. I only managed to mould it well on my second try - so make sure you get a good bite on the first round, especially on the front part. Get your fingers to help you pushing it up, so you don't have to repeat it. And here is why I only gave 4 stars: for that price, the manufacturers could easily have added another of the cheap slabs of silicone (or whatever the guards are made of) in case the moulding goes wrong or just as a back-up, should the first one be bitten through unexpectedly etc. I started using mine in May 2020 and it was only recently that it has started to yellow and I also noticed that where the bite is especially strong, soon there might be a bit of the material coming off. A year of wearing seems decent enough though and I can't imagine my nights without that little handy guard. It makes my nights distinctively better.

Better than the one dentist made for me! My dentist has told me to wear a tooth guard, to stop damaging my lower teeth grinding them when sleeping for years now & annoyed at the hassle/cost of these, I looked for a home customizable version ~ I've tried the soft clear plastic ones that U put in warm water to mold to yr teeth, but all have been to loose & bulky. I would find that I dribbled on my pillow quite a bit during the night & wanted a much lower profile tighter fit This is fantastic & is smaller than the dentist made ones!! The fitting process is REALLY easy & the result is exactly what I've been looking for ~ at only £20 it's a bargain!!!

On first try they didn't stick and kept falling into my mouth. Which if course worried me that I may swallow them or worse.

I’ve purchased these a couple of times and they’ve been consistently good. They’re comfortable to use, provide solid protection, and stay in place through the night without feeling bulky. Easy to mould, and once fitted properly, you forget you’re wearing one — which is impressive given it’s sitting in your mouth. Two small gripes: moulding takes a bit of care to get right first time, and they don’t last forever if you grind heavily. That’s normal wear, not a flaw. Overall, reliable protection, decent comfort, and they’ve clearly earned repeat purchases. If my teeth could leave a review, they’d approve.

They claim on the Amazon site that this fits everyone in the small print.. No it does not! It was too small for me and once you have tried it, it is no good for return. Amazon puts you through to the production company. Will I get a refund? I'll keep this site updated on this one. Don't purchase.

Pros - The instructions provided are clear and the actual molding process does not take long. It is actually pretty easy to follow. - Probably the best fit for the teeth on Amazon, according to my boyfriend who has spent a lot of money trying out many other night guards as he grinds very heavily every night. - If the moulding process goes wrong you can repeat the process again as many times as you like. Cons - The only con I can see is that it will be damaged easily for the people who grind very hard and often because the material is softer than other brands. Though the soft material of this teeth guard provides much more comfort than others that are on the market. - It provides a good fit and grip with your teeth and this will prevent it from choking you while asleep. My boyfriend wears it every night while he sleeps, after 3 weeks of using it, some deep scratches were presented but it can still be used for more nights. For the people who are willing to trade the durability with comfort this is the right solution for you.

I find this to be a good product, don't rinse under very hot water as it will mishaps, bully.an ultrasonic cleaner

Ne tient pas et tombe, elle est inutilisable. Pour le prix je m'attendais à quelque chose de correct celle que j'ai payé moins chers sont plis efficace.

Fits really good and took me only a few nights to get used to. I do not wake up with headache or sore jaws anymore. I have been using it for two weeks now. Can not rate durability, however for the €250 my dentist charged, I can buy plenty of these.
