This neck fan is the best purchase I’ve ever made! As soon as I feel a hot flash coming on, I put this on and zap! Gone! No joke, I wouldn’t lie to menopausal women. Noise level gets in the way when you turn it up to second and third speeds but I only need the first speed. The neck gets so cool and that’s what actually puts out the fire, not the air. It is a little heavy on my neck but I just take it off once the hot flash is gone. I love the carrying case too. It’s awesome. Had this for a year and the battery is still great. So thankful for this thing!

I use this almost everyday in the warm/hot seasons (basically not winter by me). I haven’t tried the heat part yet. I used it while in my third trimester of my pregnancy and it was a life safer. It works best indoors, but can be used outdoors and the cold feature would be good for outdoors in the heat. I love all the different features, it’s pretty quiet, and the location of the fans. It’s the only one I could find that doesn’t pull in my hair. Others get caught on your hair repeatedly, like 10+ times a day, and it’s painful. It is on the more expensive side, but it’s worth every penny for the high quality you get. It also has an app you can use to change between fan speeds, and turning the cool or heating on/changing their levels. I’m sooo happy I got this!

I’ve tried a lot of different solutions to keep myself cool like a belt loop fan or hand held ones to try and help keep me cool. All were much less expensive, bulky, or too loud. This was a big jump in cost but I can say every penny was worth it. I had another rechargeable neck fan similar to this and it was great but this has what I believe is a peltier effect neck cooling and heating zones making it a huge game changer. Both are noticeable and the cooling mode makes this work for me where a basic fan is just blowing hot air on me. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone else. It is a little girthy boi and I have a shorter neck so it’s a little more noticeable but I wouldn’t say it gets in the way of anything. So much so I can sleep with it on, but you have to be careful not to block the vents that cool the peltier. That warm air may get a little noticeable in a slightly confined space. The lowest fan setting is not silent but in no way is it distracting or annoying. If you want to use this with a battery pack or while charging, they include a right angle usb cable connector to use with it which was nice. Also you can operate this thing while charging which is a huge plus to this unit. From full charge I was able to run it on the lowest cooling mode for 3.5 hours straight. Update: It's just over a month of usage and I just encountered a one time strange glitch. I turned the unit on and it said it should be operating but no fan and no cooling plates. I tried turning it off and back on and still nothing. I turned it off, plugged it back into a charger, and it came back alive and is working like normal again. Not sure what happened but I hope this doesn't happen on a super hot day where I really need it. Still seems to be getting ~3.5 hours on the lowest setting with the cooling plates on so I'm still really impressed. One other plus to add is another praise of the design of this cooler having a soft rubbery bend area instead of a hinge. My other cheapo neck fan's hinge is made of the most delicate of plastics and it snapped on that joint. You get what you pay for!

This thing saved my life the last two summers! I went golfing with my brother in Mississippi in July and almost died. I would have died for sure if it wasn't for this thing. This summer I tore up all my grass and remodeled the front yard. This thing with a wide brimmed hat got me through the heat everyday. This is probably the best version of this out there and it's definitely the one you want

I would have rated this a two out of five a few days ago, as it at least took the edge off brutal heat here and there. It was never going to live up to the hype of being a "personal air conditioner," I suppose, but it was, technically, better than nothing, if only a little bit. The amount of air the fans push up towards your face and neck is pretty laughable, but the cooling effect of the part that contacts your neck helps, at least until you get used to it. The battery life is atrocious, totalling less than two hours on a full charge. I managed to circumvent this using a 20,000 mah battery bank in my back pocket, which does give me a full eight hours use for my job, but the product is absolutely not self sufficient. However, all of this aside, I now find today, just a month after receiving it, that the product turns off and on constantly. it doesn't stay cool, and the fans are only active about half the time. I'm not sure if it's overhearing or what, but it renders the product essentially useless. This product is defective, and should be avoided, it's definitely not worth the money even when it works properly, but it's unreliable to boot.

I wasn’t impressed. My husband said it made his neck cold. I tried it at work with a fan blowing on me, I felt nothing. I don’t think the battery life was very long at all.

38y/o male. US size 10.5 As someone who can out-sweat a heard of cattle, I now own two. First, yes they have cooling plates and they get cold. Very cold. I've been through numerous neck fans and some are great fans but I needed next level and this is it! It works very well.amd is powerful . Here's all u need to know: Full charge from empty about 1-1.5 hours depending on rate of charge. Even off a power bank. I own a 50k mha Fan feature push selector button on left neck once F1- low speed will last about 20 hrs F2 - medium will last about 12 hours F3 - high will last about 8 hours Cool feature push selector button on left neck once C1- cool w/low fan ≈ 4-6 hours C2- cool w/med fan ≈ 3-4 hours C3- cool w/high fan ≈ 2-3 hours *powerful Heat feature hold selector button on left neck Not a clue...probably will never use it unless ice fishing or shoveling snow. So more to come The case is great. Fits the fan well with very little rattle..comes with a USBC to USBC cord, no power brick. Comfort: it's a little tight at first but the silicone neck strip will break in over a few uses and be more comfortable to your neck. After a few uses. Very comfortable. Not too heavy. May be a little heavy for elderly. Cooling plates feature too cold for elderly (75+) even on low. I've tested it in a few church members Noise: very quiet for spectators and user On any fan level 3 mode it's a little loud to carry on a conversation at 20 feet without other person raising their voice Durability: very well made and Hope they last. I have a tan one that beeps with mode changes. My black one doesn't. Just something I noticed

Honestly, it a bit pricey for how long it lasts. Yes it CAN last to 28 hours. On fan mode only. Most likely will be used on heat or cold mode. So it lasts about 5 hours before dieing. I did have it on the Highest setting. But still expected a little more from something that is $200. If you need more than about 5 hours of cooling/heating time, bring a power bank. Edit: initial run with it i was finding what settings I liked. Now knowing what I like. It lasts about 3 hours. I'm working 6-8 hour shifts mainly in a kitchen. Always have to keep a power bank on me bc battery just doesn't last. I need the cooling mode. Fan itself just doesn't cut it. This thing feels more like $130 more or less. Not $200. It's nice, but is overpriced. Build quality is good. But lacks in battery life. Fan also could be a little more powerful. Update: has developed issue. Constantly dies when in use and charging. I know it's the product itself. Not even a full year. Barely even 5-6 months. Overpriced crap

I have menopause and I'm a community nurse and I'm always very hot..So I decided to buy a neck fan.. Well this one was going to be my back up so when my first one dies I can use this one.. Not worth it.. Battery doesn't last Its very loud Speed is to slow... I returned it and got my money back and bought another one..

I have this is in white and blue. It works well and really helps me on the really hot days.
