I've been taking Black Cohosh for my menopausal symptoms for several months. It has definitely helped take the edge off my mood swings and took away my hot flashes almost completely. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Life saver for pre menopause effects. Night sweats disappear almost totally so my sleep is more improved. Periods have been regular than crazy irregularities lately. So happy and highly recommend.

I started taking this as a supplement to avoid hormones. I had night sweats and hot flashes that have been terrible for several years. While the night sweats haven't completely gone away, the hot flashes are much more manageable.

I started taking this after witnessing a friend at that time suffer by getting soak & wet from menopause hot flashes! Literally!!! The goal was to prevent this from happening to me when the time came. I'd take Moringa, but only a few times a week. I just hit perimenopause Feb 2025 after turning 50 the Summer of last year & the heat flashes would push up on me like I was sitting on the the outskirts of hell! Now, why the heck would I do that? I"d never. Anywho, I started "consistently" popping 2 Moringa a day in March. The flashes were still happening, but I know things take time. Still I added Black Cohosh, dosage, 1 a day & ladies, (easy to swallow capsules that taste like herbs) & the flashes are damn near gone. Easy as ABC. Together, they are effective. I sleep better. Flashes have subsided more than HALF & occur less and it has not been a full month yet. I imagine after 3 to 6 months on these supplements, I'ma be Gucci! I take Oil of Oregano to stay regular, Soursop to fight cancer, Vitamin C + B- Complex for my iron, Pre&Probiotics & Biotin. I started working out & added creatin & a veggie collagan rich protein. A friend recommended I try black cohosh to help with night sweats and while I still have them at times, I do believe they have lessened in severity and frequency. I cannot say that my mood has improved, but maybe. (I have a great deal of life stress right now - so I may not be at my best for other reasons). I can say the pills are not too large, regular capsule sized and they do not have a funny taste or smell - I cannot do smelly vitamins. I believe they have helped enough that I will continue use.

Black Cohosh was recommended to me by my Mom for my menopausal symptoms as she had amazing results when she went through it. Unfortunately, I'm not experiencing any relief.
