I've been using this countertop RO purifier for a few months now and overall the experience has been great. The water tastes clean, setup was simple with no installation needed, and it fits nicely on the counter without taking up too much space. At one point I did notice an odd smell coming from the machine, which honestly worried me at first. I reached out to their customer service and was pleasantly surprised — they responded very quickly and sent me a new filter replacement right away. After swapping it out, the smell was gone and everything has been working perfectly since. Things can go wrong with any appliance, but how a company handles it is what really matters. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend this product.

I just got this tonight and wow! I’m so glad I decided to invest in my health. It’s so smooth and almost sweet compared to my last filter which left me thirsty. I used it in the cat bowl and my girl was so happy! I filled up my ice tray and a bottle that is in the fridge for a cold treat. I honestly don’t mind it room temp or faucet cold. My last filter, I needed ice and I still had to force myself. Super easy to set up, tons of video and the directions are clear. It’s a nice design. The brand and the certifications make this one the best option for me. I’m renting and can’t install RO system. It’s easy and works well. I will update if I do have a problem but as of right now, this is just what I needed.

I’ve used SimPure countertop water filters since early 2020 and owned both the 6th and 7th generations. I recently bought the 9th generation and was initially impressed. The new side-mounted tank makes it shorter and a better fit under kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, less than two months in, the water developed a fishy smell. My tap water and fridge-filtered water don’t smell like this at all, and after some research, it appears this can be caused by bacteria. After reading the one-star reviews, I realized I’m not alone. While the 9th generation has some nice design upgrades, it fails at the most basic job: providing clean, good-tasting drinking water. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I keep my Sim Pure right in my kitchen, it fits very conveniently under the cupboards onto the countertop. I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how simple it was to set up. I fill my. Sim Pure every morning and I’m so thankful that it has reverse osmosis. So simple and easy to use

I’m very pleased with this purchase. It is the right size for my small kitchen counter and I believe it purifies water much better than the Brita filter jug I have been using for decades. I choose the YT9T model because I need the demineralized water for use in my espresso machine and kettle. This unit may be too small for more than 2 people in a household, therefore it is perfectly suited for mine.

It’s been over a year since I’ve bought this water dispenser, and it’s hit or miss. When the water is good, it is good! But I’ve had four new set of filters - pack the device came with lasted months. Second set lasted maybe a month and a half. Third set was great, again lasted months. Now I’m on my fourth set of filters and the good water lasted three weeks. It’s almost as if the filters are bad, because the water is sulfur tasting.
