Today evening on 30 march 2026, I received this desert air cooler. Functioning good as of now. The quality of used plastic could have much better for long lasting. It's ok. Cooling is justified as mentioned in specs. Prepaid is bit tensed as it was delayed in delivering,it could be better if seller could have provided cod option. Will update after usage of few days. I can recommend this product for new buyers according to their choice once if they have opted this, you can trust and go ahead for happy cool summer. Size is good, airflow is good, noise level is ok, water consumption I am new as of now, no problem for me, because we have sufficient water in village no contamination nothing like in cities, just plastic quality is ok but could have much better. So I have given 4/5 . Or i can say 4.5 /5. Over all its cooling is justified for our big hall as mentioned. 😊😊😊👍👍👍🤝🤝🤝. One can go ahead without any doubt I felt. My choice is good 👍 😊 I am happy. build quality - 4.5/5 very good build quality. i have another 30 lts symphony hicool. the plastic on that one is really really hard and tough. and it kind of feels like compact. this one is not like that. this is also heavy and tough, but because of the size, it feels light first it's size. so do not worry even after you buy thinking that it is not tough. it is tough bitt it's size makes you think that it may be is fragile. Cooling - 5/5 the adjustment between low and high is good to set up humidity level, which is nothing but cooking capacity. Usability - 5/5 if you can some how get your cooker plugged to the power source and the a water connection, it is the best thing that can happen in a summer. there is ball valve kind of thing that makes the water filling automatic. First use 3/5 everything is great but the first use wil throw you off because of the smell from the brand new honeycomb mesh that gives thr cooling. this is minor as it would reduce add you use the cooler. Maintenance - 5/5 the auto drain feature is a big surprise for me it makes it very easy for such a huge water tank of 75l. you would love it.

However, I was disappointed with the build quality. The plastic doesn't feel very premium and some parts look slightly chipped or poorly finished. The biggest issue is that the product listing advertises "Auto Fill & Drain Function," but my unit does not have the Auto Fill feature. I checked the cooler carefully from all sides, and there is no Auto Fill connector. This is misleading and should be clarified in the product description. My product came with a manufacturing defect, back side honey comb pad is not getting wet, so not giving proper cooling. I have made 7 to 8 complaints from the day first but these were never resolved, local service provider arranged technician visit twice but with no results, Customer care people always kept me on hold, this is quite frustrating and disappointing 😞 I request you not to buy this product and always buy this much value's electrical product offline.

Chose this for the 75L tank + high air throw. *Pros after 1 month* 1. *Massive 75L tank* Runs 2 to 2.5 days on one fill even with 10 hours daily use. No tension of refilling again and again. The ice chamber is a bonus - add ice and airflow feels close to AC. 2. *Strong air delivery* 4200 CFM with 45 ft throw. Cools my entire hall. During peak 42°C afternoon, sitting 10-15 ft away still gives instant relief. Works best with a window open behind it. 3. *Low power consumption* Only 190W. My electricity bill increased by just ₹250 last month. Runs easily on inverter during power cuts. 4. *Handles hard water well* We have hard water. Everlast pump has not jammed once in 1 month. Honeycomb pads are thick and easy to remove for cleaning. 5. *Easy to move* 4 castor wheels with locks. Even with 70L water, I can shift it alone for cleaning. *Final Verdict* For large rooms 300-500 sq ft in dry heat, this is excellent value for ₹9,499. Tank capacity, airflow, and running cost are its biggest strengths
