Does it actually work?
Started to work in almost exactly 2 hours, will update later. (Update) took 8 hours to completely clear everything out, SO WORTH IT. I have never experienced a better laxative than this, I definitely recommend you eat something before or after taking it it did make me a little bit nauseous. It’s a got a quite sour aftertaste almost like biting into a lemon, which is very nice compared to others I’ve taken. But seriously does get the job done, highly recommended if you need it and directions are easy to follow. I saw while reading the reviews that it’s better chilled and I completely agree.

Great solution for constipation
I get constipated. Nothing I tried worked to get me unplugged. My son suggested this. It's like what they give you to drink for a colonoscopy. You don't (and shouldn't) drink a whole bottle. I usually take a few slugs and by the next day it works. I keep it in the refrigerator and it lasts a while. The taste isn't great but it's not awful.

I decided to try after 3 days of miralax which literally made me so bloated I looked 5 months pregnant. So I chose this. Bloat started to subside so I decided to try this. Surprised I could drink it. I have an awful gage reflex. But, drank it fast because it was very tolerable. Its like sprite with a lot of sugar in its taste and simple consistency. It took over 6 hours for me but it works. I agree don't plan any outings. I would say for a day or so depending on your health, hydration and body. For me things seem to last longer so I rested and hydrated for couple days just wanted to be safe for me. But I will do it again.

Drink room temperature for fast acting will start working within 30 mins to 1 hour .. taste horrible in my opinion...ps: cancel all of your plans for the day

This is most hopeful for when you need this product. I do not mind the flavor and whether it’s cold or warm, it goes down easy and comes out well wink wink
