Very good puctureqwality TV

Really pleased , excellent value for money

TV picture is good, needs a little tweaking in the settings (there is an AI assisted wizard, which isn't bad) - out of the box the colours were a bit flat. It's hooked up to a 3.1 sound system, so we don't use the internal speakers... However - do note that as of 2025 LG have dropped support for DTS audio, so if you run plex/Jellyfin etc with your own media library, the TV wont play DTS audio. It won't do pass-through to sound bars, either. So bear in mind you may need to transcode to AC3 or AAC or whatever, 'cos DTS won't play. Aside from that, good 50" TV for the money

Absolutely fantastic picture and sound quality fairly easy to set up would highly recommend this TV it is my third one in 20 years thanks.

The installers delivered the tv and immediately said they could not install the tv on a single arm tv mount as this was Amazons policy and the installers would not be insured if anything went wrong. The installers went on to tell me about several scenarios why this made sense and admitted that this happened often and they blamed Amazon for not telling customers about their exact policy and delivery instructions were just generic and not specific to each item. I asked the installers what the weight of the tv was and they told me 40kg which was not correct as the unpacked weight was only 33kg. They said the max size for my mount was 65 inch. My previous tv was 65 inch and weighed 29 kg. Below is taken from the actual product info. The mount is Heavy-Duty 50kg Weight Capacity Built from high-grade steel, it supports large TVs up to 80" with a secure 50kg weight limit and tested strength for added safety. If I had known that this tv would not be installed On a single arm mount I probably would have made other arrangements or not have made the purchase as the free set up, remove all packing and mounting was attractive. As it played out I had to arrange somebody to mount this tv and he had to bring another person as it was a two man job. The owner was astonished as to why the Amazon installers never done the job as the mount was more than capable for the tv in question. So £120 later for 30 minutes work I have the tv installed/mounted and I set the tv up myself. Please be aware when buying especially when installation is included.

This is an amazing TV that I’m very happy with. Loads of Apps to browse through, a very easy set up process and the picture quality is fantastic. Some great features like wand remote control and connection to Alexa. I went for the 55” so a good size for my living room. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommended.

A fantastic television, it looks very smart. The picture quality and sound is outstanding. The hand control is great, overall very happy.

Arrived with a damaged box once I unwrapped all was looking good packaging thrown as the packaging is extremely big only small room to work with ,put tv on wall and then I see a crack on screen it doesn’t affect tv or picture but when turned off u can see a slight crack. Tv itself has a great pic, sound isn’t great ,easy to set up the tv, colour is sharp bright but u can change it, connectivity to connect gaming consoles dvd is easy with an HDMI and easy to navigate with remote that also works my Firestick so no need for a different remote which is fantastic. It’s a simple easy tv.

Have bought 3 LG TV's in the last 2 years all have been excellent and this latest is no exception. Excellent value for money and looks superb
